Aaron Paul went from playing Michelle Monaghan’s brother to … her husband?!

There’s no business like show business.

In 2006, Michelle Monaghan starred in Mission: Impossible III alongside Aaron Paul, her on-screen spouse in The Path, Hulu’s hit drama about a religious cult.

Monaghan said Monday on Conversations with Maria Menounos that she was thrilled to be back to work with the “amazing” Breaking Bad actor … despite the fact that he played her younger sibling in the Tom Cruise action vehicle.

“For a split second I was like, ‘Wait a second, he’s my brother, he can’t play my husband, we can’t play husband and wife! But of course that’s what actors do, they act,” said Monaghan, 40. “I could not ask for a better scene partner. He is one of the most phenomenal people I’ve ever met in my life, just a joy to work with, and it’s a total privilege to work with him on this show.”
