Andy Cohen issued a public apology to Heidi Montag during today’s episode of “Andy Cohen Live” following Spencer Pratt’s recent post on X where he replied “no thanks” to a fan suggesting Heidi go on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” and he go on “Watch What Happens Live.”

“What I will say also is that was mean,” Andy said of his 2011 comments about Heidi. “That was 14 years ago, and what I really don’t like about it is referring to her as trash … I don’t like that at all, and I’m really sorry about that, so I apologize again.”

Andy’s co-host, John Hill, confirmed on air that Andy’s apology was “very heartfelt.”

“That was taking ownership. That was taking accountability. You’re genuinely sorry,” he said.

Andy added, “By the way, there were things that we said and did on TV 14 years ago that we wouldn’t do now. It just was a different universe, but that’s not — I’m not trying to justify it.”

“Andy Cohen Live” airs weekdays at 10am ET/PT, only on Radio Andy (Ch. 102) and anytime on the SiriusXM app.
