Anna Wintour Shares Untold Stories About her Life and Work on ‘This Life of Mine with James Corden’
Anna is James’ latest guest on his exclusive SiriusXM show.
Anna Wintour, editor-in-chief of “Vogue” since 1988, opened up about her motivations, her love of theatre, playing tennis with Roger Federer, the collection she keeps at her Long Island home, and more during a new episode of SiriusXM’s exclusive show “This Life of Mine with James Corden.”
“I have no gifts, James,” Anna said of what drives her. “I don’t sing. I can’t dance. I don’t write very well. I certainly can’t take a picture. I can’t make a dress. What I try to do is use my platform to help others.”
She continued, “But I admire others so much, and I want to do the best that I can to help show the world how good they are. That’s really what motivates me, I think, is admiration for others who have gifts that I can’t possibly understand, but I can admire.”
Featuring in-depth, richly produced conversations between James Corden and a variety of prominent guests on the people, places, possessions, music, and memories that made them, “This Life of Mine with James Corden” tells the never-before-heard stories that shaped the people at the top of their field across film and television, sports, fashion, music, theater, business, and more.
New episodes air Thursdays at 5pm ET on Stars (Ch. 109). Stream episodes anytime after their premiere on the SiriusXM app.
