The family may not be able to physically get together for Mother’s Day this year, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t still celebrate in sync. Aside from Zoom calls, express-mailed cards, and drive-by visits, you can also honor mom by tuning in to holiday specials made for any type of matriarch, from music-lovers to racing aficionados. Check them all out below and be sure to listen in for free with the whole family as part of SiriusXM’s streaming access period (recently extended through May 31, details here).

Jenny McCarthy Mother’s Day Special

Does mom regularly rehearse what her Real Housewives tagline would be? If so, this Jenny McCarthy special is just what she needs for a little quarantine Mother’s Day entertainment. The Jenny McCarthy Show will be kicking off the big weekend by highlighting some of her favorite reality TV moms with special conversations about motherhood and more. Hear from Kandi Burrus, Kim Zolciak-Bierman, and Dorinda Medley when the special airs on Sunday, May 10 at 8am4pm, and 11pm ET on SiriusXM Stars (Ch. 109).


Fierce: The Highwomen

VOLUME (Ch. 106) has already been celebrating iconic female musicians with the Fierce: Women in Music series, and this Mother’s Day, they’ll be turning the spotlight towards moms making legendary music. Don’t miss an episode featuring The Highwomen (a band made up of women who all happen to double as moms) on Sunday, May 10 at 2pm and 11pm ET.


 

Engelbert Humperdinck: Playing Favorites on Mother’s Day

In honor of the holiday, Humperdinck will be taking over Playing Favorites as its latest celebrity host and queueing up some of his favorite relevant Frank Sinatra songs to celebrate. Momma Knows Best

Tupac‘s “Dear Mama” may be a more obvious choice when it comes to mom-inspired hip-hop, but there’s much more where that came from. A surprising amount of ’90s and 2000s hip-hop and R&B is dedicated to mom, and SiriusXM FLY (Ch. 47) is spending all Mother’s Day Weekend proving it. By both celebrating classic jams and proving that momma does, indeed, know best, this special will be a treat for the whole fam. Catch it when it kicks off on Saturday, May 9 at 9am ET and airs throughout the weekend.


Family-Friendly Guided Workout

For those missing family bike rides or celebrating a particularly fitness-dedicated mom, look no further than SoulCycle Radio’s (Ch. 4) special Mother’s Day workout. SoulCycle Master Instructor Amanda Max will be inspiring families to get moving together with an all-ages guided workout that’s fun for everyone. As many focus on keeping the faith throughout these tumultuous times, Victoria Osteen will be highlighting stories of strong mothers pulling their families together through faith on Joel Osteen Radio (Ch. 128). Listeners can hear the special on Sunday, May 10 at 7am2pm, and 9pm ET.
