At this imaginary day camp on the radio, kids can experience the joys of summer camp from home or on the go while adults share in the fun. Camp is in session weekdays from 12 to 3pm ET on Kids Place Live (Ch. 78).Listen in as wildlife expert and television personality David Mizejewski leads outdoor activities, drawing on his experience as a naturalist with the National Wildlife Federation. Hear history being made as kids take on exciting challenges in hopes of staking claim to their own Guinness World Records. And if your family is musically inclined, jam out with GRAMMY Award-nominated children’s recording artist Justin Roberts as he teaches you how to “be your own band.” You’ll be the next von Trapps in no time!
