One of the focal points of the conversation was Fields’ ambitious goal of throwing for 4,000 yards in the upcoming season. Moore expressed optimism about Fields achieving this milestone, saying, “We’re hoping he makes that jump [in his third year]. Like he said, he wanted to throw for 4,000 yards.” This goal sets a high bar for the quarterback, but with Moore’s support and the determination of the entire team, it could become a realistic target this upcoming season.
Moore’s further comments also shed light on the camaraderie among the wide receiver corps. He mentioned how he, along with fellow receivers are committed to helping Fields achieve his objective. Moore said, “So [N’Keal Harry] along with [Chase Claypool] and [Darnell Mooney] are going to make that happen for him.”
