SiriusXM NFL Radio Remembers Dolphins’ Undefeated Season with Audio Documentary

SiriusXM NFL Radio (Ch. 88) will celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Miami Dolphins’ undefeated 1972 season with an audio documentary dedicated to the only perfect season in NFL history. Still Perfect – The Story of the ’72 Dolphins will debut on Thanksgiving Day and air multiple times though the holiday weekend (see broadcast schedule below). It will also be available on the SXM App after its premiere.

The special will be narrated by SiriusXM host Alex Marvez and include interviews with several key players from the 1972 team, including quarterback Bob Griese, running back Larry Csonka, receiver Paul Warfield and safety Dick Anderson. Listeners will also hear past interviews with the late Hall of Fame Dolphins coach Don Shula, as well as archival audio of key plays and moments from the ’72 season. Don Shula’s son Dave will also speak about his father’s legacy and what that undefeated season meant to him.
