Green Day Returns to ‘The Howard Stern Show’ with Live Performances

Ahead of the release of their new album, Saviors, Green Day returned to The Howard Stern Show for an interview and live performances. Check out their full appearance on Howard 100 on radios and the SiriusXM app.During their appearance, Green Day revealed that they’re going to perform Dookie (1994) and American Idiot (2004) in their entirety on their 2024 summer stadium tour. The landmark albums are celebrating their 30th and 20th anniversaries, respectively.

Saviors, Green Day’s fourteenth studio album, is due out on January 19, 2024. The iconic pop-punk band will celebrate the release of the LP with an exclusive performance  for SiriusXM at New York City’s legendary Irving Plaza. Taking place tomorrow, January 18, SiriusXM Small Stage Series with Green Day presented by Carnival Cruise Line will give SiriusXM subscribers the exclusive opportunity to hear the band perform songs from the album ahead of its release live in concert, along with other fan favorites. This show will be Green Day’s fourth time performing at Irving Plaza since 1994.

Additionally, Green Day Radio is available on channel 107 in cars and on the SiriusXM app through January 23. On Green Day Radio, you’ll hear exclusive stories and insight from Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tré Cool. They’ll not only walk you through Green Day’s biggest tracks — including recently-released album tracks and demos from the 30th anniversary deluxe edition of Dookie — but also brand new music from Saviors, with insight into every song from the new album as they become available.

The band will also introduce us to music from artists that have influenced them at every level of their legendary career, including AC/DC, Hüsker Dü, Ramones, Social Distortion, and Metallica, as well as modern artists they’re into now, like Ultra Q and The Interrupters. Plus, enjoy songs from the bands joining Green Day on their Saviors Tour in 2024: Smashing Pumpkins, Rancid, and Linda Lindas.

Also, Green Day’s SiriusXM Small Stage show will air in its entirety on Green Day Radio and Howard 101 (Ch. 101).
