October 10, 2024

Today’s episode of “Love to See It with Emma and Claire” features Kaitlyn Bristowe, former Bachelorette and special guest on last night’s episode of “The Golden Bachelor,” in which she hosted a “stripped down” date alongside the famous Chippendale dancers. Listen to the new episode of “Love to See It” now and read highlights from it below.

Episode description: When Joan said to bare it all, she really meant bare it all! This week Joan pushes the men outside their comfort zones by making them strip and zest lemons! Luckily, everyone still has a blast and even when things get tough, they find comfort in the rest of the cast. We love to see it! Here to break it all down with us – and give a first person perspective of the date – is former Bachelorette and host of “Off The Vine,” Kaitlyn Bristowe!

How Kaitlyn Bristowe Hosted ‘Golden Bachelor’ Date

Emma Gray: We want to know what was the pitch for you when they were like, Caitlin, we want you to be a part of this date.

Kaitlyn Bristowe: Could probably find the text message and show you. Well, what’s funny is they actually asked me to be on the previous date and host the talent show because I had done the talent show on Gary season.

And so they asked me to do that and I couldn’t make that date. And then, we were trying to make it work cause I wanted to, you know, go see, I love Joan so much and I wanted to be there for one of her dates. They’re like, wait, wait, you have to be on the next one. I get so pigeonholed as the sexual bachelorette.

And so they’re like, you’re perfect for this date. And they were just like, we would love to have you. At first they were like, it’s, like a Chippendales, blah, blah, blah. And I was like, oh boy. And then they’re like, but it is, we’re going to raise money for cancer research. And it means a lot to Joan.

And I was like, sign me up.

Katilyn Bristowe’s Unaired Convo With Joan Vassos

Kaitlyn Bristowe: I actually had that conversation with her. They didn’t air it, but I had quite a long conversation with her about how she needs to be herself and surrender to this whole thing, not driving the bus. Yes, you’re the lead, but you’re also still a human being who’s been through a lot.

And once you open yourself up, that show will crack you wide open. Once you allow yourself to be human and show all of your emotions, you’re not perfect and nobody wants you to be perfect and they’re all relating to certain things that they’ve been through, it brings them all closer and and just takes all those relationships to another level.

And I really saw that between her and Chock.

Kaitlyn Bristowe’s ‘Golden Bachelor’ Predictions

Claire Fallon: Before you said goodbye to the men, did you get any reads on any of the guys? Were you like, Oh, there’s a lot of chemistry with any of them specifically, or any standouts to you that you were like, I hope that she’s pursuing something with them?

Kaitlyn Bristowe: I was so dialed. I was watching every move because I wanted to see how without her telling me, Also I do not like spoilers for any shows.

And so I was like, don’t tell me who you want or who you think I want to watch. I want to see who I think she has the best connection with. I definitely saw it with Chock. Clearly undeniable on TV and off TV. The chemistry there is. I just think they’re so sweet together and I watched them interact.

And I also watch how the guys are, when they’re not on camera and when they are to see, you know, are they being the same? Are they really putting it on? I get it. I mean, when the cameras are on, I definitely put it on. I understand that, but I just am very aware of people’s energy and I loved Gary, like Gary, it feels more of a friendship with them, but they loved each other. I thought that was amazing. Pascal I saw the most chemistry with.
