Kate Hudson Thinks She’ll Get Married ‘Soon’ But Wedding Planning Is a ‘Bummer’
Kate tells Andy Cohen she’s ready to tie the knot — but planning the actual wedding is no fun.
“We were just talking about that! I think soon. I think we’ll get married soon,” Kate Hudson told Andy Cohen about tying to knot with her fiancé, Danny Fujikawa.
Speaking on the “Andy Cohen Live” show on Radio Andy (Ch. 102), Kate — who just released her debut album, “Glorious” — explained that she wants the party aspect of a wedding but the planning part is a “bummer.”
Kate was previously married to Chris Robinson of The Black Crowes from 2000 to 2007. Danny, who similarly fronted the band Chief, now works more behind the scenes in the music business as a songwriter and producer. Kate and Danny share a daughter together and have been engaged since 2021.
“If I’m going to do it again, I want it to be a fun party,” she said of the wedding. “But I — yeah, the planning part … Everything is so expensive now, it makes me insane.”
