Today (April 8), Zach Edey and the Purdue Boilermakers (33-4) take on the top-seeded UConn Huskies in the 2024 NCAA Tournament national championship at 9:20pm ET, broadcasting live on SiriusXM from State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ.
On Saturday, UConn defeated Alabama in the Final Four 86-72, and Purdue outscored NC State 63-50. While this is only Purdue’s second championship game appearance (the first since their 1969 loss), UConn has made it this far five times — and won them all. Should UConn win, they would become the first team since ’06-’07 Florida to win back-to-back national titles.
