What You’ll Hear
During the episode, Michelle and Conan bond over their shared love of crafts — for Michelle it’s knitting, for Conan it’s building model airplanes — as a way to combat anxiety. Michelle is looking forward to going on a book tour for The Light We Carry and getting to see people in person after so long. They also share memories of the time the Obamas brought Conan overseas as a comedy act for American troops, and Michelle gives Conan pointers on what it’s like to be an empty nester, with Malia and Sasha Obama both now in their twenties and Conan’s children, Neve and Beckett O’Brien, in their late teens.
