Here are the top 50 free agents in the NFL and where they’ll land.

1. Malik Jackson, DE, Denver Broncos

Status: Signed, Jacksonville Jaguars, $90 million over 6 years.

Outlook: Jackson’s pressure on opposing quarterbacks will surely help improve Jacksonville’s 29th-ranked pass defense.

2. Doug Martin, RB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Status: Re-signed, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, $35.75 million over 5 years.

Outlook: Martin was reinvigorated last season, rushing for 1,402 yards after injury-riddled campaigns in 2013 and 2014.

3. Matt Forte, RB, Chicago Bears

Status: Signed, New York Jets, $12 million over 3 years.

Outlook: As a consistently good running back and serviceable receiving option out of the backfield, Forte is a huge get for the Jets, who already lost Chris Ivory and could also lose Bilal Powell to free agency.

4. Sean Smith, CB, Kansas City Cheifs

Status: Signed, Oakland Raiders, $40 million over 4 years.

Outlook: Smith is a dynamic cornerback and a huge loss for the Chiefs, especially considering he’s signing with their AFC West-rival Raiders.

5. Andre Smith, OT, Cincinnati Bengals

Status: Unsigned.

6. Alex Mack, C, Cleveland Browns

Status: Signed, Atlanta Falcons, TBD.

Outlook: The Falcons need better protection for Matt Ryan and Mack, a three-time Pro Bowl selection, will be a huge upgrade.

7. Brock Osweiler, QB, Denver Broncos

Status: Signed, Houston Texans, $72 million over 4 years.

Outlook: Osweiler is a huge get for the Texans after Houston employed a quarterback carousel last year with four different starters.

8. Danny Trevathan, ILB, Denver Broncos

Status: Signed, Chicago Bears, TBD.

Outlook: Trevathan led the Broncos in tackling and will immediately step in as the anchor of Chicago’s linebacking corps.

9. Eric Weddle, S, San Diego Chargers,

Status: Unsigned.

10. Derrick Johnson, ILB, Kansas City Chiefs

Status: Re-signed, Kansas City Chiefs, $21 million over 3 years.

Outlook: Chiefs D ain’t broke and they’re trying to keep it fixed. Reasonable move, reasonable price, good value move from KC.

11. Damon Harrison, NT, New York Jets

Status: Signed, New York Giants, $46.25 million over 5 years.

Outlook: Harrison is a run-stopping machine and vastly improves the Giants’ defensive line.

12. Mario Williams, DE, Buffalo Bills

Status: Signed, Miami Dolphins, $16 million over 2 years.

Outlook: Miami tied for 25th in the league with 31 sacks. Williams recorded just five sacks last year with the Bills, the second-lowest total of his career. If he can return to his old form, Williams will bolster the Dolphins’ pass rush.

13. Marvin Jones, WR, Cincinnati Bengals

Status: Signed, Detroit Lions, $40 million over 5 years.

Outlook: The Lions fill a huge need in the wake of Calvin Johnson announcing his retirement. But Jones has never been a No. 1 receiver in an offensive system, so it remains to be seen if he can carry Detroit’s passing attack.

14. Prince Amukamara, CB, New York Giants

Status: Unsigned.

15. Janoris Jenkins, CB, Los Angeles Rams

Status: Signed, New York Giants, $62.5 million over 5 years.

Outlook: The Giants’ defensive backfield looked more like Swiss cheese last season, so Jenkins’ play-making ability is very much welcome in New York.

16. Russell Okung, OT, Seattle Seahawks

Status: Unsigned.

17.James Laurinitis, ILB, Los Angeles Rams

Status: Unsigned.

18. Sam Bradford, QB, Philadelphia Eagles

Status: Re-signed, Philadelphia Eagles, $36 million over 2 years.

Outlook: As previously mentioned, Sam Bradford threw for 3,725 yards, 19 touchdowns and 14 interceptions in 14 games for the Eagles last season as a serviceable, yet underachieving starting quarterback.

19. Olivier Vernon, DE, Miami Dolphins

Status: Signed, New York Giants, $85 million over 5 years.

Outlook: The Giants added more punch to their defensive line with Vernon, who had 61 tackles and 7.5 sacks last year.

20. Chris Long, DE, Los Angeles Rams

Status: Unsigned.

21. Tamba Hali, OLB, Kansas City Chiefs

Status: Re-signed, Kansas City Chiefs, TBD, 3 years.

Outlook: Hali was selected to a fifth Pro Bowl last season and will be able to finish his career with the team that drafted him in 2006.

22. Bruce Irvin, OLB, Seattle Seahawks

Status: Signed, Oakland Raiders, $37 million over four years.

Outlook: Irvin will be paired next to Khalil Mack, which makes for a scary linebacking tandem in Oakland.

23. Jason Pierre-Paul, DE, New York Giants

Status: Re-signed, New York Giants, $10 million for 1 year.

Outlook: Pierre-Paul was still a disruptive force on opposing backfields, but his hand injury rendered him as an ineffective tackler.

24. James Starks, RB, Green Bay Packers

Status: Unsigned.

25. Reggie Nelson, S, Cincinnati Bengals

Status: Unsigned.

26. Tashaun Gipson, S, Cleveland Browns

Status: Signed, Jacksonville Jaguars.

Outlook: The Jaguars are making moves. Gipson, who along with Joe Haden were the backbone of Cleveland’s defense, is getting paid and is bound to rebound from his dismal 2015.

27. Anquan Boldin, WR, San Francisco 49ers

Status: Unsigned.

28. Coby Fleener, TE, Indianapolis Colts

Status: Signed, New Orleans Saints, $36 million over 5 years.

Outlook: The clearest case of buyer’s remorse…ever? The Saints overpaid for Fleener a year after shipping Jimmy Graham to the Seahawks. Not sure Fleener is worth it unless he somehow fixes all their problems on defense from the other side of the ball.

29. Ryan Fitzpatrick, QB, New York Jets

Status: Unsigned.

30. Haloti Ngata, DT, Detroit Lions

Status: Re-signed, Detroit Lions, TBD, 2 years.

Outlook: The Lions needed to retain Ngata as they need as much help on defense as they can get.

31. Chris Ivory, RB, New York Jets

Status: Signed, Jacksonville Jaguars, $32.5 million over 5 years.

Outlook: Ivory will be paired with T.J. Yeldon in Jacksonville’s backfield, giving the Jags a thunder-and-lightning tandem with power and speed.

32. Kelvin Beachum, OT, Pittsburgh Sttelers

Status: Unsigned.

33. Lamar Miller, RB, Miami Dolphins

Status: Signed, Houston Texans, $26 million over 4 years.

Outlook: After releasing Arian Foster, the Texans found a solid replacement in Miller, who can be productive in Bill O’Brien’s offense.

34. Jaye Howard, DT, Kansas City Chiefs

Status: Re-signed, Kansas City Chiefs, TBD, 2 years.

Outlook: Again, Chiefs defense is nasty. Another reasonable re-up from the organization.

35. Malcolm Floyd, WR, San Diego Chargers

Status: Retired.

36. Antonio Gates, TE, San Diego Chargers

Status: Re-signed, San Diego Chargers, TBD, 2 years.

Outlook: More of a moral signing than a needed signing, Gates is one of the best players in Chargers history and will be able to retire in San Diego.

37. Bilal Powell, RB, New York Jets

Status: Re-signed, New York Jets, $11.25 million over 3 years.

Outlook: Powell and Forte would make for a very dynamic backfield for the Jets.

38. Richie Incognito, OG, Buffalo Bills

Status: Re-signed, Buffalo Bills, $15.75 million over 3 years.

Outlook: Incognito revived his career in Buffalo, being named to his second Pro Bowl as an alternate.

39. Dwayne Allen, TE, Indianapolis Colts

Status: Re-signed, Indianapolis Colts, $30 million over 4 years.

Outlook: Allen had just 16 receptions for 109 yards and one touchdown last year, so the Colts are either re-signing him for his run-blocking or for his potential.

40. Rashad Johnson, S, Arizona Cardinals

Status: Unsigned.

41. Jerrell Freeman, ILB, Indianapolis Colts

Status: Unsigned.

42. Travis Benjamin, WR, Cleveland Browns

Status: Signed, San Diego Chargers, $24 million over 4 years.

Outlook: Benjamin is a speedster who can take the top off any defense and will be a nice weapon for Phillip Rivers.

43. Kelechi Osemele, OG, Baltimore Ravens

Status: Signed, Oakland Raiders, $60 million over 5 years.

Outlook: A versatile o-lineman who played both left guard and left tackle last year, Osemele will be a good anchor on Oakland’s line.

44. Jared Crick, DE, Houston Texans

Status: Unsigned.

45. Nigel Bradham, ILB, Buffalo Bills

Status: Signed, Philadelphia Eagles, TBD, 2 years.

Outlook: Decent upgrade to the middle of their defense.

46. Mohamed Sanu, WR, Cincinnati Bengals

Status: Signed, Atlanta Falcons, $32.5 million over 5 years.

Outlook: Sanu is a versatile receiver who can do well alongside Julio Jones and is a viable replacement for Roddy White, who was released this offseason.

47. Jeff Allen, OG, Kansas City Chiefs

Status: Unsigned.

48. Jerraud Powers, CB, Arizona Cardinals

Status: Unsigned.

49. Jeremy Lane, CB, Seattle Seahawks

Status: Re-signed, Seattle Seahawks, TBD.

Outlook: Seattle keeps some stability in its secondary by retaining Lane.

50. Kendall Reyes, DE, San Diego Chargers

Status: Signed, Washington Redskins, $2.5 million for 1 year.

Outlook: Reyes led San Diego’s defensive linemen in tackles and quarterback hits so he’ll be a nice upgrade in Washington’s front four.
