Outlaw Country locks up Americana’s Most Wanted
Jack Ingram, Brent Cobb, Lydia Loveless, and John Anderson teamed up to perform Anderson’s timeless 1982 chart-topper ‘Wild And Blue’ during the fifth annual Americana’s Most Wanted all-star “guitar pull.”
As part of the recent AmericanaFest in Nashville, Outlaw Country (Ch. 60) hosted it’s fifth annual Americana’s Most Wanted all-star “guitar pull” with a live audience at the SiriusXM Music City Theatre on Lower Broadway.
Hosted by Outlaw Country’s “Loon in the Afternoon” Mojo Nixon, this year’s edition featured Texas troubadour Jack Ingram, rising Georgia song man Brent Cobb, Ohio-based alt-country bad egg Lydia Loveless and legendary Florida-born hit maker John Anderson —performing individually and swapping verses on Anderson’s timeless 1982 chart-topper “Wild And Blue.”
The one-hour Americana’s Most Wanted special airs Saturday 10/22 at 9 am ET, with rebroadcasts on Saturday 10/22 at 5 pm ET and Sunday 10/23 at 12 pm and 9 pm ET in Outlaw Country.
