Good morning! A lot happens in sports, even when you’re busy doing other non-sports-y stuff. So here are the top headlines and moments from yesterday, in case you missed anything while you were watching Better Call Saul.
Slow ya roll, Boogie
So things got a little heated during the Thunder’s 131-116 win over the Kings. DeMarcus Cousins is known to wear his emotions on his sleeve, and the Oklahoma City players were more than happy to try to get under his skin. “Boogie” almost turned into the Boogie Man, getting into a shoving match with Kevin Durant and then having to restrain himself from mollywhopping Steven Adams:

Russell Westbrook had his ninth triple-double of the season in the win with 20 points, 15 assists and 13 rebounds and Durant added 27 points and 10 rebounds. Cousins had himself a game with 35 points and 12 rebounds, but shot 14-of-33 from the field. Yeesh.
Chuck the Condor or Toucan Sam?
Our must-see moment of the night comes from the Clippers’ 105-95 win over the Nets. During halftime Los Angeles revealed its new mascot, Chuck the Condor:

This dude looks like Toucan Sam’s long lost cousin. Why he’s the new mascot is beyond me. Clippers owner Steve Ballmer also took flight, getting up for a dunk with the help of a trampoline. That’s all good, and Ballmer seems like a nice guy, but we’re still patiently waiting for a stroke of brilliance from Ballmer to show why he was the right man to take over for the disgraced Donald Sterling. This, unfortunately, wasn’t it.
We see you, Steve Ballmer! https://t.co/u8pMHxvTQz

The Deadman awakens
Last night also saw the return of The Undertaker on Monday Night Raw. The Deadman, who will face Shane McMahon in a Hell in a Cell match at Wrestlemania 32, issued a stern warning to Vince McMahon that his son’s blood will be on his hands. Check the video for ‘Taker’s epic entrance alone.
Look cool every morning. Find out what you missed in the sports world while you were sleeping, and impress your friends and co-workers. We won’t tell them you were actually watching The Bachelor.
