Good morning! A lot happens in sports, even when you’re busy doing other non-sports-y stuff. So here are the top headlines and moments from yesterday, in case you missed anything while you were busy digging up your first tweet ever.

Charlotte somehow defeats San Antonio

Jeremy Lin came off the Charlotte bench to drop a game-high 29 in a win against the heretofore red-hot Spurs and their now vanished six-game winning streak. Linsanity wound up hitting four threes in the game, matching San Antonio’s team total for the game. The Spurs raced out to a 28-7 lead in the first quarter and were up 15 at the half, so, y’know Gregg Popovich was probably “real” happy about the ultimate outcome. The win bolsters Charlotte’s position out East and MJ’s squad is now 8-2 over its last 10.

LeBron triple-doubles with 33, 11, 11 line in win versus Nuggets

See the above and picture that for 48 minutes. The Cavs toyed with the Nuggets from the word “go” on Monday night, fueled by King James’ monster line. While the MVP award is almost assuredly going to stay with Steph Curry this season, LeBron showed everyone on Monday night what he’s about and reminded the league that he’s a force to be reckoned with. As for the “James unfollows Cavs on Twitter #Dramaz” rumors? Joe Vardon has the scoop (it’s nothing but hot air, kids.)

#MarchMadness cannot be stopped

Much like a bad case of “Linsanity,” there is nothing to be done once you’ve come down with a bad case of #MarchMadness. If you’re struggling to concentrate at work and are experiencing moments of unexplained euphoria from recalling the magic that was the NCAA tournament’s opening weekend, click here for a supercut of every jaw-dropping buzzer-beater and upset.

And remember, you can catch all of the tourney action at your home, in your car and on your smartphone with SiriusXM’s  coverage, powered by Westwood One.

Look cool every morning. Find out what you missed in the sports world while you were sleeping, and impress your friends and co-workers. We won’t tell them you were actually watching Girls.
