Good morning! A lot happens in sports, even when you’re busy doing other non-sports-y stuff. So here are the top headlines and moments from yesterday, in case you missed anything while you were watching last night’s GOP Debate.
New record for Chef Curry
How many times have we led off with the Warriors and Stephen Curry? Too many times. But when you’re as great as they are, we have no choice but to keep shining a spotlight on their continued greatness. Curry led Golden State to a 130-114 win over the Magic, pouring in 51 points on 20-of-27 shooting from the field and 10-of-15 from beyond the arc. Curry broke the record for consecutive games with a three-pointer, knocking down a trey in a 128th straight game. The reigning MVP has 276 threes this year and is on pace to shatter the single-season record of 286, which he set last year. Check the highlights, including a buzzer-beater from halfcourt that’s pretty much business as usual for Chef Curry:

Fear the Beard
James Harden also got buckets last night, dropping 46 points to go along with eight assists and five rebounds to leave the Rockets to a comeback win over the Blazers, 119-105. Harden’s explosion comes after news broke yesterday afternoon that he pushed for Houston to fire coach Kevin McHale and trade Dwight Howard. Rockets CEO Tad Brown has since denied the report. Check out Harden’s big night:

Dime of the year
Our must-see moment comes from the Celtics’ 112-107 win over the Bucks. Isaiah Thomas dropped a crazy behind-the-head assist for a key three-pointer late in the game:
