Wiz Khalifa clears air on Kanye beef: ‘I would never go out of my way to disrespect anyone’

Just in case you were living under a rock last week – or on vacation smoking dubes on a tropical island away from all mass communication – Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa got into a Twitter war. Then, Kanye and Wiz’s mutual ex, Amber Rose, got involved.

Originally, Wiz referenced #KK in a tweet, which he has since clarified refers to a strain of weed called Khalifa Kush, but which West took to be a reference to his wife Kim Kardashian’s initials. That spiraled into the Twitter version of a schoolyard name calling battle.

But after the feud seemed to go as far as it could go, Rose and Kardashian had “tea,” and the men exchanged “my bads.” All of which Khalifa laid out to Shade 45’s DJ Whoo Kid.

“We have a lot of mutual friends … [#KK] was weed … I would never go out of my way to disrespect anybody,” he said.
