Let Rick Springfield’s handpicked songs carry you away during his all-new ’80s on 8 show

Do nonstop Zoom meetings and daily pandemic routines have you feeling like a working class dog? ’80s on 8 (Ch. 8) has just the thing to unwind from your workweek — join Rick Springfield every Friday night for his new show, Working Class DJ with Rick Springfield, starting on January 22 at 8pm ET.

Throughout the weekly show, the “Jessie’s Girl” singer-songwriter will play eight songs corresponding with a theme of his choosing. The special series kicks off with “Rad Aussie Hits” highlighting Australian artists chosen by Springfield in honor of his home country. The following week, Springfield will put the spotlight on “’80s Songs That Saw the Future” on January 29. After each episode’s Friday premiere, hear it again on Saturday at 1am, 10am, and 7pm ET; Sunday at 12pm and 7pm ET, Monday at 3pm ET, and Tuesday at 12am ET.
