Joshua “J1” Raiford
Joshua “J1” Raiford has been passionate about the music business since he was a 14-year-old DJ in Harlem, NYC. After graduating from Morehouse College, J1 worked to become one of the hottest club DJs in Atlanta which helped get him a position as an on-air mixer. He quickly rose through the radio ranks, ultimately becoming a program director. After taking the station to number one, J1 was recruited by Pandora Music to be their new head of hip-hop. When he’s not working, you can find him either going on long jogs or practicing martial arts, which he’s been training in for many years.
BuzyBaker
Joshua Baker better known as “BuzyBaker” or “Baker” was born in Washington, DC. Growing up in the culture of Go-Go, Baker began hosting various events at a young age. Baker had plans to be a business marketing manager one day, but while attending Towson University he began to discover a passion for the entertainment industry. He started a show called “Lesbake Radio”. Baker started off interviewing artists on the phone for his show and one day started to conduct on-camera interviews. From there his interview with Ty Dolla $ign landed him a position with HotNewHipHop.com in 2014.
Since then, Baker has worked with brands from TheShadeRoom, to Ebony, to BET Networks, along with starting his own podcast called "Ended Up At Baker's".
