Utah Governor Spencer Cox on finding common ground

Republican Spencer Cox is the 18th Governor of the great state of Utah. Gov. Cox is currently serving as chair of the National Governor’s Association and happens to be the highest rated governor in the U.S. for finding common ground. Common Ground Committee, a nonpartisan citizen-led nonprofit working to reduce incivility and political polarization, has awarded him a 99 out of 100 on their Common Ground Scorecard.
