How can I confirm if my radio has a signal?
Check if your vehicle has a signal connection - this can be done by tuning to Preview Channel 1 or 184, depending on your vehicle, to confirm if you can hear audio. If you can hear audio, this establishes your radio has a connection to our satellite(s).
If you are able to hear audio on the Preview Channel, we can send a signal request to your radio. You can request the signal here.
If you do not hear audio on the Preview Channel, you will need to contact your dealership directly for additional support.
