How do I troubleshoot or fix SiriusXM web player problems?
If you are experiencing issues while accessing or listening to content in the SiriusXM web player (player.siriusxm.com or siriusxm.com/player), try the following troubleshooting steps:
Log out of the SiriusXM web player
Clear your browser cache/cookies
Close your browser
Open https://siriusxm.com/player in a new browser window, and log in with your SiriusXM credentials
If the issues persist, please send your feedback to SiriusXM by going to Settings > Send us feedback.
