How do I troubleshoot or fix SiriusXM web player problems?

If you are experiencing issues while accessing or listening to content in the SiriusXM web player (player.siriusxm.com or siriusxm.com/player), try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Log out of the SiriusXM web player

  2. Clear your browser cache/cookies

  3. Close your browser

  4. Open https://siriusxm.com/player in a new browser window, and log in with your SiriusXM credentials
