Fred Albers
Prior to his work on SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio, Fred Albers spent more than 20 years covering and broadcasting tournament golf, as well as caddying in U.S. and British Opens. His wife Kristi Albers is a LPGA Tour veteran and champion.
David Armitage
David Armitage is one of the busiest instructors in the game right now, working with clients Ernie Els, Tom Lewis, and others. In 2017, with a philosophy based on in-depth research, Armitage became one of the few professionals in the world to achieve PGA Master Professional status. He has consistently been named one of Golf Digest’s Top Young Teachers in America, and was voted the South Florida Chapter Teacher of the Year in 2018.
Michael Breed
As one of Golf Magazine’s Top 100 Instructors and Golf Digest’s Top 50 Instructors, Michael Breed has earned many accolades, including being named the 2012 PGA National Teacher of the Year. He is currently the Director of Instruction at the Michael Breed Golf Academy at Trump Golf Links at Ferry Point in New York.
Jeff Cameron
Jeff Cameron is a radio veteran in the Tallahassee, Florida area. As host of a sports talk programming show for nearly a decade, and having built a relationship with the Florida State Golf Team, Cameron shares his passion for golf with his audience whenever possible.
Mark Carnevale
Winner of both the Chattanooga Classic and PGA TOUR Rookie of the Year in 1992, Mark Carnevale covered the PGA TOUR for ESPN and the Golf Channel. He served as tournament director of the Virginia Beach Open and Greater Hickory Classic at Rock Barn before joining SiriusXM PGA TOUR Radio as an analyst.
Michael Collins
Michael Collins is a native of Lancaster, Pennsylvania where he started his career as a stand-up comedian at night while working as a caddie during the day. Collins eventually found himself working on the PGA TOUR for pros such as Omar Uresti and Scott Piercy, and celebs like George Lopez.
John Cook
John Cook is an 11-time PGA TOUR Winner, was a member of the 1993 Ryder Cup Team, and ranked among the top 10 in the world in 1992 and 1993. Cook currently plays on the PGA TOUR Champions circuit, and is part of the Golf Channel broadcast team when not playing. He was a member of the Ohio State Buckeyes 1979 NCAA Championship Team, and won the U.S. Amateur in 1978.
Fred Couples
1992 Masters Champion Fred Couples is a former world number one. He has won 64 professional tournaments, most notably the Masters Tournament in 1992 and The PLAYERS Championship in 1984 and 1996. In August 2011, Couples won his first senior major at the Senior Players Championship, and followed it up in July 2012 by winning the Senior Open Championship. He was inducted into the World Golf Hall of Fame in 2013. Couples garnered the nickname ‘Boom Boom’ for his long, accurate driving ability off the tee during the prime of his career.
Brian Crowell
Brian Crowell has been a golf instructor in the Met Area since 1991. He is a member of the Met PGA’s Board of Directors and, in addition to his duties as a golf professional, is a television broadcaster, radio host, author, and band member.
Frank Darby
Frank Darby spent 20 years as the Men’s Golf Head Coach at St. Johns where he ushered multiple players to the PGA TOUR, including Keegan Bradley. A 29-year member of the PGA of America, Darby is extremely active in the Metropolitan Section of the PGA, and has served as a head golf professional at multiple locations. He also served as the President of the Big East Golf Coaches Association, and was a member of the NCAA East Region Advisory Committee in 2008.
Brad Faxon
Eight-time PGA TOUR Winner, and legendary putting instructor, Brad Faxon, gives you incredible insights into the game of golf through high level instruction and interviews with the game’s biggest stars.
Kyle Gentry
Growing up in Pebble Beach, Kyle Gentry put together an impressive amateur resume, ultimately going on to play as a member of the Stanford Cardinal Men’s Golf Team. He has since achieved great success in the Silicon Valley tech boom, but stays connected to his golf roots as much as possible.
Hale Irwin
Hale Irwin was one of the world’s leading golfers from the mid 70s to the mid 80s. He is one of the few players in history to win three U.S. Opens, becoming the oldest ever U.S. Open champion in 1990 at the age of 45. As a senior golfer, Irwin ranks first all-time in PGA TOUR Champions victories and is widely regarded as the greatest player in Champions Tour history. Irwin is one of five golfers (along with Gary Player, David Graham, Bernhard Langer, and Justin Rose) to win official tournaments on all six continents where golf is played. He has also developed a career as a golf course architect.
Trey Jones
Florida State Head Golf Coach Trey Jones is a two-time ACC Coach of the year, and has guided Florida State to 26 tournament wins, including six straight National Championship Finals appearances from 2012–2017. His team has produced 11 All Americans, including Major Champion Brooks Koepka, Daniel Berger, and Jonas Blixt.
Brian Katrek
Brian Katrek has been covering golf for more than 20 years, leading SiriusXM’s play-by-play coverage of the biggest events in golf. He also works with the PGA TOUR, Westwood One, Turner Sports, and others. A scratch golfer, Katrek has caddied on the PGA TOUR, Champions TOUR, and LPGA Tour.
Colt Knost
Colt Knost authored one of the great amateur careers of all time, reaching the number one ranking in 2007, when he also became only the third player to win three USGA events— the U.S. Amateur, the U.S. Amateur Public Links, and The Walker Cup—in the same year. After a decade on the PGA TOUR, Knost announced his retirement from professional golf in 2020.
John Maginnes
John Maginnes spent a decade on the PGA TOUR competing in the early Tiger era, during which he nearly won the 1996 Buick Challenge, but ended up narrowly losing to Michael Bradley. Maginnes is a three-time winner on the Korn Ferry TOUR where he started his professional career in 1991 after a successful run at East Carolina University.
David Marr
A New York City native, David Marr III is a graduate of Bucknell University, and the son of golfer Dave Marr, who was the 1965 PGA Champion and the 1981 Ryder Cup Captain. Having grown up around all the greats of the game, Marr brings a perspective you just can’t get anywhere else.
Jim McLean
Jim McLean is the 1994 PGA National Teacher of the Year. He is the owner of the Jim McLean Golf Schools which include: Trump National Resort (Doral, Florida), The Jim McLean Golf Center (Fort Worth, Texas), Red Ledges (Herber City, Utah), Sun Ridge Canyon (Scottsdale, Arizona), Golf Santander (Madrid, Spain), Mayakoba Resort (Cancun, Mexico), Casa de Campo (La Romana, Dominican Republic), Miami Beach Golf Club (Miami Beach, FL), and, the newest addition, Jim McLean Golf Center (Jupiter, FL).
Carl Paulson
Carl Paulson turned professional in 1994 after an all-American career at the University of South Carolina, where he was named the Southeastern Conference Player of the Year in 1993. He was a member of the PGA TOUR in 1995 and 1996, and from 2000–2008. Paulson also played on the Korn Ferry Tour from 1997–1999 and led the money list in his final year.
Dennis Paulson
After a successful career at San Diego State, Dennis Paulson turned pro in 1988. He picked up a big win on the Korn Ferry Tour in 1998, which was his eventual route to the PGA TOUR. He went on to beat David Duval in a playoff to win the 2000 Northern Trust at Westchester Country Club in New York, a victory that put him inside the Top 50 of the Official World Golf Rankings.
Conrad Ray
After joining the Stanford Men’s Golf team as a freshman in 1994, Conrad Ray and his teammates Tiger Woods, Notah Begay, and Casey Martin would go on to win the NCAA National Championship. Less than 15 years later, as the Men’s golf coach, he brought another National Championship to the Stanford Cardinal, becoming one of the few student athletes in golf to win as both a player and coach.
Bill Rosinski
Bill currently works as an on-course commentator for SiriusXM PGA Tour Radio and also for ESPN Radio as its lead college football and college basketball commentator in the golf off season. Before taking the job at ESPN Radio in 2009, Rosinski had spent the last four seasons calling National Football League games for Westwood One radio.
Scott Simpson
Scott Simpson was born in San Diego, California and played college golf at the University of Southern California where he was a medalist at the NCAA Championship both in 1976 and 1977. He turned professional in 1977 and graduated in 1978. Simpson played on the PGA TOUR beginning in 1979 and won seven PGA Tour events between 1980 and 1998. The highlight of Simpson’s career was the U.S. Open in 1987 at the Olympic Club in San Francisco, where he beat Tom Watson to capture his only major title. In team competition, Simpson played for the U.S. in the Walker Cup in 1977 and the Ryder Cup in 1987.
Jason Sobel
After spending seven years on the golf beat for ESPN, Jason Sobel spent a few years at the Golf Channel before moving on to The Action Network. Sobel has become an expert in the golf betting community, offering insights to nearly all of the major golf media outlets.
Drew Stoltz
Drew Stoltz is a former semiprofessional golfer, self-proclaimed comedian, and all-around great guy. After forced retirement from semi-professional golf due to lacking enough talent to compete with barely successful semiprofessional golfers, he has become a bona fide celebrity within the extremely small golf community of North Scottsdale, AZ (specifically within the zip code of 85255).
Craig Stadler
The 1982 Masters Champion, Craig Stadler, is a 13-time winner on the PGA TOUR, and a nine-time winner on the PGA TOUR Champions. Known as “The Walrus,” Craig played on two Ryder Cup Teams, and in 2003 he became one of the few players ever to win a PGA TOUR event at the age of 50. His son Kevin is also a winner on the PGA TOUR, and his brother Gary Stadler is a billboard-charting recording artist.
Dave Stockton
After an incredible collegiate career at the University of Southern California, Dave Stockton turned professional in 1964 and picked up his first PGA TOUR win in 1967. He went on to win two major championships, the 1970 and 1976 PGA Championships. Stockton played on the Ryder Cup team in 1971 and 1977, and was the captain of the victorious 1991 team. He is widely regarded as one of the best putters ever, and authored the book Unconscious Putting, which quickly became a bestseller.
Jeff Warne
Jeff Warne is the Director of Golf at The Bridge located in Bridgehampton, New York on Long Island’s prestigious East End. He previously was Jim McLean’s Director of Instruction at Sleepy Hollow CC in New York, as well as a Lead Instructor at McLean’s school at Doral. Prior to coming to The Bridge, Warne was the Director of Instruction at The Atlantic Golf Club, and was named to GOLF Magazine’s inaugural Top 100 Teachers list.
Taylor Zarzour
Taylor Zarzour’s broadcasting career has gone through Pensacola, Florida; Nashville, Tennessee; Mobile, Alabama, (where he grew up); and his current residence of Charlotte, North Carolina. Zarzour graduated from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama in 2000 with a degree in Broadcast Journalism.
