Kristine Stone
In decades of broadcasting, Kristine Stone has been called “Stoner,” “Stoney,” “Baloney,” “Mother of Rock,” and more. Her most cherished nickname, though, is “Mommy,” which is what her twin boys call her. “Mommy” still rocks, and loves connecting with real people, which is what her show is all about.

Demos
Thousands of shows, hundreds of interviews, a handful of firings—he’s happy to be (back) on The Spectrum! Demos has a passion for how music relates to us personally. Some songs will be with us for a lifetime while others are just in our heads for a quick moment. In the ’90s, (young) Demos worked on an award-winning morning show. He had no idea waking up at 4:45 a.m. would be the greatest thing for expanding his mind as a teenager moving into his twenties. He bounced around on the air in Boston, then New York City. Besides radio, Demos has kept himself busy with soap opera appearances, club gigs, and painting in his art studio.
