Who is JD Vance?

JD Vance is a Republican Senator from Ohio and known for his bestselling memoir, “Hillbilly Elegy.” A relative political unknown, Vance transformed in recent years from a critic of Trump to a major supporter, and is the next potential leader of the former president’s movement. His speech tonight is expected to outline his vision for the future and his plans to address key issues facing the nation.
