In the first of two anticipated presidential debates this year, President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump face off tomorrow (June 27) in what is sure to be a historic political event.
Hosted and moderated by CNN, this debate takes on a new format — agreed upon by both parties — that will limit interruptions from participants and audience members. Following the results of a coin toss, Biden will be at the podium on the viewers’ right-hand side while Trump will deliver the debate’s final closing statement.
