You first saw her on MTV’s The Real World: New York and you hear her every morning as co-host on Shade 45’s Sway in the Morning. But Heather B. is now more fly than ever — literally! Your favorite cocktail-creating hip-hop personality is SiriusXM FLY’s first on-air talent, and you can catch her weeknights from 6 pm to midnight ET on The Happy Hour with Heather B.

Each night, HB mixes up the perfect concoction of hip-hop and R&B from the ‘90s and ‘00s with insight on what she calls the most “impactful era” of the genre as well as interviews and other entertaining segments.

As a certified mixologist and a self-proclaimed “throw down home cook” Heather has spent years not only doing her thing in the kitchen, but also whipping up mean cocktails while listening to some crazy scenarios and giving (what turned out to be) solid advice.

“Even if a person doesn’t necessarily drink, there’s always a truth serum,” she said. “You just have to know the recipe and create the atmosphere.”
