Throw it back to the summer with a special broadcast of ACM Party for a Cause® on The Highway
On October 15, The Highway will air a recording of the annual ACM Party for a Cause®, presented by the Academy of Country Music® and hosted by Storme Warren.
If you’re feeling nostalgic for summer nights spent with a cold beverage in hand and the radio turned all the way up, you’re in luck — on October 15, The Highway (Ch. 56) is airing a recording of the annual ACM Party for a Cause® benefiting ACM Lifting Lives® presented by the Academy of Country Music®, featuring performances from some of country music’s biggest stars and hosted by The Highway’s own Storme Warren.On Tuesday, August 24, 2021, the event was held for the first time ever in Nashville, TN. ACM Party for a Cause is an evening dedicated to celebrating the healing power of music. All proceeds from the event go directly to ACM Lifting Lives, the charitable arm of the Academy of Country Music. Fans can relive live ACM Party for a Cause performances from Maren Morris, Sam Hunt, Old Dominion with special guest Caitlyn Smith, Carly Pearce, Brett Eldredge, Lee Brice, and Ryan Hurd, in front of a packed crowd at Ascend Amphitheater.
About ACM Lifting Lives®: ACM Lifting Lives® is the philanthropic arm of the Academy of Country Music dedicated to improving lives through the power of music. Through partnerships with artists and strong ties in the music industry, ACM Lifting Lives® funds music health programs while also serving members of the music community who face unexpected hardships through its Diane Holcomb Emergency Relief Fund. With generous donations and the support of artists and fans, ACM Lifting Lives has funded national music therapy programs serving various mental and physical health organizations.
