Dorinda Medley joined Julia Cunningham as the first guest on the premiere episode of Radio Andy’s “The Julia Cunningham Show.”

Known for “The Real Housewives of New York City,” Dorinda is also the host of “Reality Checked” on Radio Andy and, according to Julia, “deeply impactful and powerful when it comes to the Bravo Cinematic Universe.”

“A villain in one season, a hero in the next. That’s the beauty of ‘The Real Housewives.’ You can be at the bottom of the barrel and in the queen’s throne the next season and back down again,” Dorinda said as she and Julia reminisced about Camille Meyer on “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

She also compared “The Real Housewives” cast members to sports team players and baking ingredients.

“I would say it’s like when I played lacrosse for years,” Dorinda explained. “There’s sort of the varsity and the JV, the defense, offense. They’re all moving parts, and everybody plays an important role … When you make a cake, maybe the vanilla is not as big as the the flour, and maybe the two eggs are more important than the baking soda, but together, boy, you need it for the whole cake.”

She added, “That was a little ‘Dorinda-ism’ for you, I don’t know if you caught it.”

“The Julia Cunningham Show” is a live, one-hour pop culture and entertainment show airing weekdays at 3pm ET/12pm PT from the SiriusXM LA Studios. Stream previous episodes anytime on the SiriusXM app.
