Watch Harry Styles talk stripping down for ‘Fine Line’ in an exclusive Hits 1 interview
Hear how Styles is putting it all out there both figuratively and literally for his new album during a video chat with the Morning Mash Up.
Harry Styles’ second studio album, Fine Line, drops this Friday, December 13, so The Morning Mash Up did the most reasonable thing — jumped on a FaceTime call with him to get some answers for SiriusXM Hits 1 (Ch. 2) listeners. During the call, a very cozy-looking Styles dished on karaoke with the Queer Eye guys, Baby Yoda (who he did not see at a basketball game, unlike Laura Dern), going nude for the Fine Line vinyl, and more.
In advance of Fine Line’s debut, Styles has been releasing buzzed-about singles, including “Lights Up,” “Watermelon Sugar” and, most recently, “Adore You.” The music video for “Adore You” came complete with its own cinematic narrative (and fictional country), prompting fans to tweet at The Morning Mash Up with questions about Styles’ mysterious fish friend. While he kept it cryptic in response to the fish’s name, he did admit that fish flakes taste like “sugar paper.”
To hear more from Mr. Styles regarding his choice to pose au naturel on the Fine Line vinyl rather than in the CD booklet (long story short: big nude > small nude) as well as his feelings on his recent Saturday Night Live gig, be sure to watch the full video.
